Given China’s support for Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, I find this hard to believe. Given that it came from the CCP and not Ukraine’s government, I find it doubly hard to believe.

Joplin has this functionality, although I don’t often use it since I prefer to type directly into the Markdown editor. Whatever you choose, be sure that you’re comfortable with the security and privacy implications of it.

In other words, they skipped internal stress testing and staged rollout to production systems. Instead, they pushed a template based on results of a single (faulty) validation check to all customers.

Gotta love a simple physical solution to a problem that doesn’t leave exploitable loopholes. By simply physically blocking imports, Poland can control the situation and just let Lukashenko and Xi scream into the void.

This is a really cool idea, and some fediverse software already lets you follow hashtags (ie Pixelfed and maybe Mastodon). I could imagine this being immediately abused by mistagging to force material into your feed. It’s already a problem on Pixelfed.
