Mi sono finalmente deciso ad acquistare un router con supporto ad Openwrt ed a bidonare il suppostone castratissimo di fastweb (Fastgate), mi sono sorpreso di quanto tutto abbia funzionato al primo colpo (o quasi), ecco cosa ho fatto:
Ingredienti:

Router GL.iNet GL-MT6000 (Flint 2) oppure qualsiasi router che abbia la possibilità di impostare la "DHCP option 60".

Fiber To The House (FTTH) fastweb con Optical Network Converter (ONC) collegato a monte del Fastgate. Se avete l'SFP dovrebbe funzionare comunque, ma dovrete comprare un ONC / Fiber Media Converter.

Opzione di clonamento MAC address sul router
Prima cosa da fare è quella di impostare sulla porta WAN la VLANID 835, lasciate pure la porta in DHCP.
Poi da system->Advanced Settings -> Interfacce -> WAN -> Vendor Class to send when requesting DHCP (la famosa DHCP option 60 che dicevo prima) -> inserite il valore:

Ora nelle opzioni MAC address andremo ad inserire lo stesso MAC del fastgate:
Attenzione: Nonostante sull'etichetta del mio fastgate ci sia scritto XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:00 ad esempio, a me non ha funzionato. Ho dovuto recuperare il MAC address della porta WAN specifica del fastgate (si trova nelle info del router sulla webpage del fastgate, la porta molto probabilmente avrà MAC XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:01.
Salvate la configurazione, collegate l'ONC direttamente alla porta WAN e se avete fatto tutto correttamente dovreste prendere immediatamente l'ip da fastweb.

Basically evry house has it. I'm not saying is super secure but at least you would need some lockpicking skills to open it, it's not something you can knock down with 1 shot like you see in the movies
