In Rimworld I've made anti-matter mortar shells at a machining table. Why is producing anti-matter so difficult if a newly recruited tribal can figure it out?

You make those mortar shells from an antimatter warhead though. You basically just swap out the casing.
Young me spent so much time googling "how to make nuke in minecraft" and never realised that all these recipes required mods, and I miss those days
