Watching the rest of the world slowly turn on Israel makes my heart go all pitter patter.

Well done.

I mean, all they have to do is stop the occupation, apologize, and commit to funding the rebuilding of Palestine and paying reparations for their crimes...then we'll stop BDS

The bummer here is that, until the US stops protecting them (which is never, ever going to happen), it doesn't matter a whole lot in the end.

But I'd still like to see the US cut Israel off.

idk, I think the majority of US Jews under 30 oppose the genocide while the majority of US Jews over 30 are blindfolded Zionists.

I think we're seeing a paradigm shift. The last Nakba wasn't live-streamed.

I have hope for the US joining BDS as the boomers die off in the coming decades.

I hope you're right.

I had a similar feeling when the 2010 census showed a 28% increased in mixed-race families nationwide, and now a mere 14 years later we're months away from becoming an openly fascist country. (I'd argue we're already a closet fascist country)

The fascists are the minority

Click here to see the summarySpain has refused permission for a ship carrying arms to Israel to dock at a Spanish port, its foreign minister, José Manuel Albares, said on Thursday.

Albares did not provide details on the ship but the transport minister, Ă“scar Puente, said it was the Marianne Danica that had requested permission to call at the south-eastern port of Cartagena on 21 May.

El PaĂs said the Danish-flagged ship was carrying 27 tonnes of explosive material from Chennai in India to the port of Haifa in Israel.

The announcement comes during a row between prime minister Pedro Sánchez’s Socialists and his coalition partners, the leftwing Sumar alliance, over another ship, the Borkum, which is due to dock in Cartagena on Friday.

Spain has been one of Europe’s most critical voices about Israel’s Gaza offensive and is working to rally other European capitals behind the idea of recognising a Palestinian state.

The Gaza war began on 7 October when Hamas militants stormed into southern Israel, resulting in the deaths of more than 1,170 people, mostly civilians, according to an AFP tally of Israeli official figures.
