My poor eyes :D Here's the text:

Laurent Mekies' time at Scuderia Ferrari comes to an end this week. The Racing Director will not be in Belgium and he leaves Maranello after four and a half seasons, during which time the team took seven wins. The entire team thanks him for his great contribution during those years. As from the Belgian Grand Prix, part of Laurent's duties on the pitwall will be carried out by Diego loverno, who takes on the role of Sporting Director. He will be responsible for all sporting matters, as well as liaising with the FIA. loverno is a veteran member of the Scuderia having worked in Maranello for the past 23 years. Along with his colleagues on the pitwall, Matteo Togninalli, Head of Track Engineering and Ravin Jain, Race Strategist, he will report directly to Team Principal, Fred Vasseur.

Thank you. I was struggling to read that. Why they chose that color scheme is beyond me.

Plan C, Carlos.

I'm surprised they let go of Mekies so soon, he was supposed to join AlphaTauri only at the end of the year, right?

Ferrari is probably entering a change phase, and some changes are too crucial to be shared with parting staff.

He's probably not allowed to take part in any technical meetings anymore. Missing out on those severly handicap your ability to do your job as racing director . Better to just cut your loss at that point

I think you're right and the F1TV crew agrees with you (I watched the Weekend Warmup right after my comment and they mentioned Mekies's early departure)

This is called โ€œgardening leaveโ€ right? They basically demoted and simultaneously fired him, without firing him due to legal restrictions.
