Two of the houses a few doors up got broken in to last night. The wife is a bit upset about the whole thing because it's a quiet little area and no one that we know of or speak to in the general vicinity has ever had a break.
To put her mind at ease, I've ordered something to keep our place safe.

Zipped past Jaycar today, been years since I have been to one, and forgot how... Painful It is to find components in meat space vs just ordering via catalogue, specially when I saw no want or reason to their structure of the caps and resistors sitting on the shelf haha.

Does lemmy have a way to link accounts like mastodon does? As in transfer posts and comments etc
Not that I could easily see, it does have a way to migrate your account settings and subscriptions etc, so that's something
