I thought the same when I first saw it. Was probably written that way intentionally to garner more clicks.

Southern hemisphere, renewable energy superpower...maybe?

  • In short: Anthony Albanese will seek to exploit Donald Trump's pledge to slash investment in the United States' clean energy industries.

  • The prime minister is using meetings in South America to pitch Australia as a safe and reliable trading partner in the hope it could lure billions that otherwise would have been invested in the US.

  • Mr Albanese will also seek to meet with China's president during his visits to Peru and Brazil.

Don't jinx it 🪵👈🏼

This could be used to market EVs, "they can even cook your dinner!"

Did you lose power because of the weather?

Was kind of relaxing going to sleep to it last night.

Absolutely, cheers to that!

A little bit bleak innit, but at least it is Friday.

Ukraine is now being invaded by TWO countries. This wait and hope that Ukraine will come out on top seems less and less likely.

Ultimately, fear won out over actual solid policies, that had an actual benefit to our way of life.

Media should be held more accountable for this BS (constantly going on about crime), but fat chance that will ever happen.

Disappointed.

The only solid policy the LNP came to the election with, was that they were going to scrap the mining royalty tax. Okay then, what is their plan to replace that revenue...crickets.

Say goodbye to the progressive state we had, cause everything is going to sold off, sacked, and ripped to pieces.

Antony Green says the LNP can reach majority

Not something I wanted to read, though fortunately maybe, it wasn't the landslide victory that was originally projected.

Logan motorway was shut this morning on my way to work. Reckon it will cause a bit of chaos today.

  • Labor will establish 12 publicly-owned fuel stations if re-elected in October, with the sites to be determined by where competition is most needed across the state.
  • In his state of the state address on Tuesday, Mr Miles will also announce Labor's plan to ban petrol stations from raising the price of fuel more than once a day and a trial to cap price increases to 5 cents a litre a day.
  • Australasian Convenience and Petroleum Marketers Association chief executive Mark McKenzie told ABC Radio Brisbane it was unclear if Labor had the ability to implement the plan.

I was quoted around $15,500-$16,000 for a 12.8 to 13.5 kWh battery plus install for comparison.
