This is more of a support question, related to using Lemmy. Please see the sidebar for a list of communities that offer support. Removing under rule #3.

It'd appear in search if there was. You can always create the community as well.

No, it would only appear after at least one person from your instance visited it, or searched for a specific community handle. Only after that your instance would fetch that community
