This is too optimistic.

My version is doing options 1 and 2 on the list, but repeating them anyway, because if I try to focus long enough to change the list to remove something from the list rolls the dice on forgetting everything that was in the list....

When I was a kid and an adult gave me a message to relay to another adult, I would repeat the message out loud over and over on my way to the person I was supposed to deliver the message to. Usually the recipient would hear the message before I "told them" because they heard me repeating it as I approached.

I start off that way, then get distracted while peeing and again after eating my snack that I end up forgetting about the mail.

Honestly, same. i think I like to pretend this method works, but I still forget everything 😭
