Not knowing what monkey bread is, I gotta say this looks disgustingly fleshy.

Yeast dough with cinnamon, eaten by plucking pieces of of the loaf.
Or monkey brain instead of monkey bread.
That sounds delicious. I'm getting very mixed signals here
Yeah it kind of looks like a bundt cake made out of boneless chicken wings
....
You sharing???
Oh absolutely not. I would scarf down that entire chicken mess and spend the next two days regretting all my life choices
But I wanna regret my life choices
We'll just have to fight to the death over it. Either way, both of us will end up regretting a few things
Its really the only way
It looks like you got a bucket of orange chicken from the cheap Chinese place around the corner and dumped it on a plate...
...but I know what monkey bread is and I know it's delicious
Yeah, I feel like that's a core part of the experience here. I don't know what monkey bread is and this looks absolutely revolting to me.
Best way to describe it for the uninitiated: think...cinnamon rolls but instead of rolling the dough, you slice it into a bunch of pieces and smash it back together again. After baking, the pieces separate easily
I've never seen it look like fried chicken before, though. This is what I'm used to:

I’ve never seen it look like fried chicken before
I'm dyin, lol
It's partially because of the weird shaped bundt pan that has weird curves and ridges, but it's also because I was lazy and just dredged chunks of dough rather than meticulously rolled balls. I went easy mode.
Don't get me wrong, I'd eat it in a heartbeat lol
My Dude :)
Oh my what a contrast seeing the inside. Yeah that looks delicious. Now I want some.
It's really good stuff
More like monkey brains, right? Its probably still good though.
im gonna be real with you
this may taste good but doesnt look that appetizing
I'm pretty sure I saw this stuff growing on the walls in dead space.
Monkey ~~brain~~ bread
I love monkey bread.
Would also love to see a recipe lol
This was an experiment, gotta write it down, then I can share :)
I experiment with cooking all the time... but to experiment with baking? You are a bold one...
Sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do.
It looks close enough to the Joshua Weissman one, which I've tried and can recommend for sweet or savoury variations. I've done it like this, and with pizza; it's basically brioche balls in a bundt pan.
Right on, Weissman is out there on his videos, but his food is usually phenomenal. Much appreciate the info!
I wish he would act even weirder. I already know how to cook, I just like watching him do it 😌
Braaaain
Reminds me of the Mystery Flesh Pit National Park.
That must be excellent, someone already ate it before.
Sorry I could not resist, thanks for sharing.
I like covering the whole thing in the same kind of icing as a cinnamon roll. 🤤
Mmmmm.... monkey bread!
God bless monkey bread.
Are you sure?
Maybe if it had icing it would be more visually appealing? Or maybe the lighting and photo compression makes it look worse?
