Eh, I understand and agree that she should never say this word, but does it justify beating her up? I don't think it does. All people on this video suck. Let the courts do the justice.

Technically it falls under 1st amendment, government/courts won't do anything. 1st amendment doesnt protect you from getting your ass whooped by someone you were directing racism towards.

I don't know about how it works in the US but where I live there are laws protecting you from getting your ass whooped for any reason, including offending someone.

There are, doesn't mean it's going to stop someone you royally pissed off.

Of course it does. Directing racism towards someone is not illegal unless it crosses into harrassment, and your right to beat someone up for doing that just doesn't exist.

My point is, the government isnt going to do shit for being racist because it's protected speech. When the other person beats your ass, illegal or not, you'll still need to catch and pursue charges. It's only illegal if you get caught.

Just because the government won't do anything doesn't mean some stranger won't bust a bottle over your head and walk away. Just don't be racist.

Very true, and anyone who is outwardly racist to someone else does deserve to get their ass kicked. I misunderstood your intentions in the first comment.

This is how you get shot in some states. Self defense can extend to great bodily harm of another person.
