A "Showerthought" is a simple term used to describe the thoughts that pop into your head while you're doing everyday things like taking a shower, driving, or just daydreaming. A showerthought should offer a unique perspective on an ordinary part of life.

I definitely agree, but wouldn't say that is a shower thought

I seriously couldn’t live without treats. At any given time, I’ll have at least 4 bags filled with random treats. But no treats? How do you even survive?

One of my doggos has a sensitive tummy and she gets a little plugged up when she has treats. We tried all sorts and just nothing quite sits right with her. I don’t want to give my other dogs treats and leave her out - so no treats for them. Instead they all get ice cubes, which they go bananas for. It’s cheaper and keeps them happy without adding to their calorie intake.

I can eat a treat at work and nobody criticizes me.

We live with a shiba, who is smart and occasionally stubborn. All (well most) treats in our house are earned. Sometimes sitting quietly next to the cutting board while I’m making lunch is enough to earn a treat. Evening bedtime treats are almost automatic, but I like to reinforce some of his commands with them. As a result, he is better behaved and he still gets to enjoy the treats.

I'll tell my dogs you feel sorry for them. They don't have any treats. I have to make more but I forgot I was out of flour before the store closed. So they must wait.
