$2.6B total assets, a lot of which might not be very liquid, like properties etc. This $355 might already be pretty annoying for him to pay, so I'm all for more lawsuits

I believe the norm in NY state is that he will need to post the full amount in cash into an escrow account while appeals are ongoing.
