This is a collection of resources on the topic of managing a digital community. Contained are methods for building institutional knowledge, strengthening bonds within the larger social web, and building a space for like-minded people.

NOTE: this wiki is very Lemmy/Fediverse centric but hopes to someday compile more general knowledge.

Remember, federation for small/new communities is finicky and this is a project targeting a small audience. Federation will eventually improve as the project advances.

One of the goals of this project is to promote the usage of richer community structures. With that in mind, several common archetypes and associated best practices will be provided. This will include strong recommendations for formatting and templates based on currently popular examples.
