No wonder Jesus didn't get a fair trial...

Last words on the cross:

"Well...so much for nepotism!"

The whole story reminds me of how the media reacted to Pat Tillman serving in Iraq. The Jesus story is “he didn’t have to live a mortal life of suffering, but he did as a sacrifice!” Come to think of it I don’t really get the story. He could have just stayed in heaven? He could have been immortal and invulnerable on earth, or what? Anyway with Tillman, it’s “he had it made as a football player and didn’t have to go to Iraq and serve and die. He had so much to live for, unlike the rest of you losers!”

Remember when Pat Tillman went to war for a fabricated reason. Remember when he was killed by friendly fire? Remember when the government lied to his family about it? Remember how the NFL and US Military still uses Tillman’s name and image to trick young men and women into enlisting and fighting fake wars for greedy capitalists?

I remember.

Almost as if there was a mystery cult in Jerusalem and they had the idea that if the founder was dead he could be anything they wanted him to be.

Oh yeah he could totally turn water into wine. You want to see it? Sorry Romans killed him. He put me in charge before he died however, but trust me he totally did miracles. Now give me money.

See, the first mistake you made was asking questions...

But seriuosly no, it makes no sense. If god was all powerful, why would he need to create such a convoluted, nonsensical plan that only seems to make sense because we're all steeped in it 24/7 since the day we were born?

As soon as you take a step back and start looking at the story objectively, you realize how fucking stupid it is.

What have the Romans ever done for us?

Well, apart from the wines and fermentation,

And the canals for navigation

Public health for all the nation

Apart from those, which are a plus,

what have the Romans ever done for us?

I can't tell which is worse - dooming a bunch of rando's to follow your dogma or burn, or torturing your child so it can sacrifice itself for the mistakes you made with the previous edition of humanity.

It's pretty callous and petty, what you'd expect from human devs spinning up instances and shutting down ones that don't perform right.

Either way I think we should expect better from this sim's developers and stop resources from being wasted on their dogma programs.

They say his forgiveness is not cheap so sacrifice is also not cheap
