The grill is made from ASA so acetone could be used to weld the little section in place. You need to know it’s there to see it from a meter away.

I could’ve sanded it smooth and make it virtually disappear but I like those little victories so much, I don’t mind being reminded bout it at a car wash.

That's awesome! What's the replacement piece printed out of? I've got a few pieces of my battered and beaten car missing. I've not put enough thought into what kind of plastic would be best in the wild weather conditions.
