I always wanted to try their lunch offerings, but I’m usually there just to shop for food. The wife and I decided to give it a try, and ooooooooo boy, was that a good choice.
I am suddenly starting to question my life choices.
Only if you continue to not visit places like this for lunch.
I tend to judge burgers by their cover, aka their bun. That bun looks perfectly made with just the right amount of butteriness and softness.
It was perfect and soft, just right for a crispy chicken sandwich and a juicy burger.
Damn that all looks amazing.

A place called The Whole Ox. It’s in Northern Virginia, and I can’t recommend it enough if you’re looking for quality meats and home cooked goodies. They have soups, pasta sauces, sausages, and even side dishes that come in little pine boxes that you can slide right into the oven to bake.
It’s my 1 seed when it comes to getting main dishes like prime rib or turkey for my holiday meals, and their frozen stuff is great to break out for mid-week deliciousness that’s low effort.
I was going to ask if they were called Six Guys.
It’s at least Ten Guys when comparing quality of burger products.
Until you get to the hypothetical ideal burger, from the restaurant Infinte Guys.

I was so excited when you said "Northern VA". I was like "I can get these Burgers!" No, you mean geographically Northern Virginia, not NoVA, which typically means north of Woodbridge, East of Leesburg.
This place is 30 mins west of Centerville or Manassas. To some, that's not bad. But most people in NoVA are 30-45 mins away from Centreville/Manassas. Without traffic.

Local butchers are so amazing! Basically that's my favorite place after the pub.
Looks like a €30,- meal. Not saying not it’s not worth it but everything is so expense I’d like myself a healthy meal for that money.
To be fair, it was exactly $30, but with the current exchange rate you’d only be paying about €29! It’d be a bargain at twice the price!

Total was $30. Cheaper than Five Guys and most restaurant meals, but that’s more indicative of how bad prices are in general than this place specifically
