I've got an X15 and the touchpad is centered, but when your right hand is laying across it in the natural position the right mouse click area is directly under your thumb so I keep misclicking.

Ideally I'd like the bottom to register left click as like 80% of the width, and right click the last 20%.

Not sure if there are physical buttons under there, or if its purely software... and if its software, can you modify?

That sounds strange. Does the touchpad support 1 finger click for right, and 2 finger click for left?

I have no clue about changing the area of the touchpad for different buttons. Xinput on Linux might have something that could work, but requires X11. Libinput for Wayland, never used it though. Can't help with Windows.

Emmmm from memory there is a reg key you can use to adjust this. I think they call it curtains in windows 10/11. I'll see if I can find anything.
