She's always been bad.

To be honest, most assistants are still annoying.

I only use siri to start timers when cooking, do measurement conversions, and some quick math. Sometimes I use it for quick trivial questions like if my wife and I are talking about random stuff and we both don’t know the answer to something. It has been useful just for that.

Pretty much my use with Alexa. Mainly timers and alarms and background music in the kitchen.

I like Siri far more than the Google assistant.

Google assistant was at least usable, but since the enshittification it's been super fucking unreliable. Like "turn the lights on" "OK here's a Spotify Playlist" levels of shit.

I used to kinda enjoy using Siri but in the past year or two she got really bad. She raises the volume of music when I ask her to lower it and occasionally she will not stop playing when I ask her to stop

They also inexplicably added a delay between when she acknowledges she heard you and when she actually starts listening again. “What do you need?” “Text Cameron” and it just reads “Ron” on the screen or some shit.

Hmm hmm?

Still thinking…

Ok, I found some results on the web, you can look at them on your iPhone.

Siri has had attitude lately.

My SO asked her to start a timer and she wasn’t listening so he said, “Wow” and she responded in a very sarcastic tone, “Wow, wow, wow..” 🙄
