How come our daily thread is so quiet? Admittedly I never participated in the one on reddit so maybe it wasn't real busy either... But /c/Melbourne get like a Brazillian comments and I find it hard to believe they're all self smuggery about their coffee and laneways.

Not too sure. Possibly not a lot of people migrated over from reddit, or maybe the people here are lurkers like myself, and don't have much to say.
Also, I think those Melbourne guys and gals are gassed up on coffee, so can't stop commenting 🤭
