That's a hell of a lot of applications to go through! Take your time as you need and don't feel too pressured by the sheer volume of applications.
a lot of them in fairness are easy denies, and that alone makes it pretty easy to do them in batches of 100 or so. i think i've cut down the total number by about 100 from posting so far
If its not too nosy to ask: What do most denied requests look like? Like, did they not answer the question or were they being dicks?
mostly the first, very occasionally the second; we ask them to reapply. unfortunately now we have a whole other problem which precludes us from currently sending any emails, so uh lol

Encouraging progress. Though I'd suspect that clearing the backlog alone may not resolve the problem some users have had with a perpetually stalled signup attempt.
