Anyone else here not being able to middle-click a YouTube video’s thumbnail to open in a new tab? I can only do it on the video’s title now, and it’s quite annoying. I’m used to opening a few nice videos to watch in different tabs so I don’t lose them.

Edit: NiSwan's answer fixed it for me, all back to normal.

Yeah it's been driving me crazy. I disabled all my extensions thinking that was it but no joy. Glad to know it isn't just me

You have to click titles now. So dumb.

You need to disable the inline videos. I found the steps in stackoverflow, it’s changed in your profile settings on YT.

Thanks, this actually solved it for me!
Edit: This also brought the "Watch Later" button to the thumbnail instead of hiding it on the 3 dots menu (1 click instead of 2 now!).
