  • With a good discount:

Elden Ring

Control

Red Dead Redemption 2

  • Little discount:

Dave the Diver

Hades

Cult of the Lamb

Vampire Survivor

[–] Midnitte@kbin.social 5 points 11 months ago

Control is a fantastic game - definitely recommend a completion run for all the lore.

[–] VelvetStorm@lemmy.world 5 points 11 months ago

Vampire survivors was like 1.99 when I got it not on sale how much cheaper could it get?

[–] dan1101@lemm.ee 4 points 11 months ago

Factorio. The most value for money i have gotten out of any game. Even more so then free games... the replayabillity is insane. Even before you add mods and multiplayer. I have 1500 hours just on the latest map..

Rimworld. When you need to rage quick factorio for a month, you sell the organs of your enemies for drugs. And you make clothes out of their skin. Hopefully in that order..

[–] JoshuaSlowpoke777@lemmy.world 6 points 11 months ago

Also, the devs of Factorio have a policy of never putting it on sale and adjusting for inflation sometimes, so if you’re gonna get it, now’s the time.

Turmoil is on discount. It's very simple, but a lot of fun.

Don't know what games you have, but I recommend Peglin or Shotgun King: The Final Checkmate.

Does anyone have some recommendations for some good games?

[–] snugglesthefalse@sh.itjust.works 2 points 11 months ago

What games do you like though?

[–] dditty@lemm.ee 1 points 11 months ago

I'm also looking for suggestions for some good games to play on my new Steam Deck OLED once it arrives tomorrow.

First I'll install emudeck and decky, then I plan on installing a bunch of games from my existing library that I haven't gotten around to playing.

[–] fox2263@lemmy.world 3 points 11 months ago

I wish the sales were after payday

[–] madcaesar@lemmy.world 1 points 11 months ago

Any suggestions for fun co-op games? Ideally local?

In the end some of the best deals was on other platforms. Just use deal sites to check before you buy anything: https://isthereanydeal.com/
