Well it was kinda improvised but i have similar ones i put on my website
Dates cakes are really underrated. Never did try earl grey in cakes, wouldn't that make them too bitter?
Just steep it in 80°C water rather than boiling water. This will mean less tannins are extracted
Earl gray lemon bars are delicious. Could definitely see it in cake.
