Machiavellianism is a personality trait (not pathological) characterized by lack of empathy, general amorality, and viewing others as a means to an end. People with these traits tend to be more willing to manipulate, but there is conflicting research as to whether they are actually better at it.
Narcissism is characterized by entitlement and self-centeredness. It is considered pathological. It is generally separated into grandiose narcissism (arrogance which results in very exploitative relationships) and vulnerable narcissism (fragility which results in unhealthily dependent relationships). It has nothing to do with looks beyond the tie to the myth of Narcissus.
There is a lot of disagreement over what psychopathy means, but some traits associated with it are lack of impulse control, meanness, amorality, and boldness / lack of fear. These traits can certainly result in violence, but they can just as easily result in other antisocial behaviours.
