I've had people surprised when I told them all plants have at least some protein. They really thought the only source is meat ๐คทโโ๏ธ
That's because they're idiots.
Legumes (beans too), nuts, seeds, nut butters, soy products, etc. Some of these cemetery guts believe soy makes you feminine not realizing the phyto-estrogen from plants isn't the actual mammalian hormone estrogen they consume when they eat meat.
They know they're talking bullshit but they don't care. You see it in the vegan sublemmy as well...
