GAH, that writing is awful. I mean maybe the author isn't fluent in English, but it really seems like an AI / LLM may have written it. Weird.

10-20 minutes 2x/d, repeat a word, sound, phrase, and/or movement while adopting a passive mind frame, which is to say, observe thoughts without engaging them.
