Before there was unofficially no sicks days allowed. But they hired a bunch of new staff and I guess they're not used to no rights yet ๐Ÿ™ˆ

Truthfully if they told me no more sick days id probably follow up the next day calling in sick.

I just left a company that didn't allow bereavement time. A coworker's wife committed suicide and they made him come to work.

What kind of inhuman ghoul do you have to be for that to be a thing?
