should I put the icons on the palm side? No, no one holds their phone like that, but without it, it just looks like a black bar... and I can't Photoshop camera lenses... fuck, whatever, no one will care.

industrial grating is the worst for this. Feels like you're just over ground, but a slip up means that sucker is falling 50 m and then into some gnarly machinery

Ah the delectable whispers of the Imp of the Perverse!

With the way most phones are designed, that's more likely to cause it to slip out of your hand.

When I got my first glass back phone it was amazing how much it wanted to not stay in my hand. Couldn't set it down on any surface in my house without it moving by itself, it was that slippery. It's not a level house and I was rocked awake by it falling off something onto my glass table. That was it, I put it into a goddamn sock until my case arrived.

I had the exact same thing happen when I got my first glass back too lol. It woke me up one night because it slid off my bedside table and landed on my tablet. I ended up hiding it in my drawer until I went out to buy a case a couple of days later

@The_Picard_Maneuver That’s me whenever I’m entering/exiting an elevator

When I was a kid, my grandma lived in a rooftop apartment on the 12th floor with a big balcony. During the summer break my siblings and I would go to her when our mom had to work. She put an inflatable pool on the balcony for us. One day I was playing with a beach ball in the pool and tried to push it under the water. I let it go and it shot up and over the edge of the balcony. I somehow got away with it by blaming it on my little brother.
