I'm too used to reddit enhancement lite and being forced to click on every image on page to see it feels like medieval ages. Is there anything like this?

You can try alternative frontends, like Alexandrite or Photon.

I love Alexandrite, the theme should be inclueded in the default UI.

There are a few scripts for use with tampermonkey (a user scripting plugin) that I find very helpful. Specifically LemmyTools and lemmy-keyboard-navigation.
