There's whole nations that are sinking, and most of the ones that are the worst off don't have the luxury of insurance to begin with.
The writing has been on the wall for decades, and I imagine it's probably not yet all that horribly difficult to sell a beachfront property... y'all know its coming, you've known for a while, so move somewhere that's 50'+ above sea level before it becomes impossible to sell and you get soaked, both figuratively and literally. If you're still hanging onto your shit waiting for appreciation and inflation to make you money, you're about to miss the boat.
