I, for one, am glad they're not going to try to push half done software out the door. I prefer it be in very good shape before it is released.
Don't be these assholes: I don't always test my code but when I do it's in production.

Valve Time
Yes. We know. Valve time is a thing.
According to the table, "soon" is about 2 years.
See y'all in CS2 in 2025.
Better to release a finished, polished product than to see a release "on time" with a bunch of stupid bugs and poor game play. Valve isn't stupid, they know release quality is paramount.
Game really isn't ready yet, perhaps next year is a more realistic timeline.
Soon™
It's literally just an update... right? Modified maps....... what else?
Iirc I was so disappointed in the review of the update.
@iHUNTcriminals The engine is completely rewritten and changed. There are new physics in example. This is the base for future updates and changes, which would be impossible before.
Oh nice! Do you know if they are adding better controller support?
@iHUNTcriminals I'm not sure about that, but maybe, if it should be playable on Steam Deck. But I have no information regarding that. BTW the game is already played since months as a closed beta, after an invitation.
I just hopped on a plane to New Zealand to let Gaben know how I feel about this.
