Can confirm: Works on Steam Deck but I wouldn't really call it a game exactly.
As for other relaxing games: Sable, Slime Rancher 2, A Short Hike, Peglin, Bugsnax, and Untitled Goose Game are relatively low stress fun (mostly).

Works fine in my experience but understand that it's not really something you play: You just load it and it's basically a screensaver.
I just bought it, played it on the deck for 2 minutes, and refunded it. The duck doesn’t move so all you really do is use the mouse cursor to look around.
That's the just game, it's not any different on PC: It's basically thing you watch passively. You can move the camera around some, but that's it.
Does the duck move on its own occasionally? My cat would love that.
That is the only way the ducks move: More spawn as you continue to "play" but you don't make them do anything, you just sit back and watch. It's pretty much a glorified screen saver but it is pretty chill. I think I got it for $1 on a whim and like to run it when I get stressed out at work sometimes since it's totally passive.
i don't have a steam deck, but i do own this "game." i don't think i can check steam deck specific community layouts, but i only see one community layout with my dualshock 4 plugged in. the controls are really simple though, all you need is a way to move the mouse and a few keys mapped, so it can't be that hard to make your own layout.
(i also think it's funny that it calls a "game" that you can't play "playable" but that's unrelated.)
I thought it was going to be some sort of play on the Rubberducking, explaining the problem to a rubber duck, but doesn’t seem like it was really made with that in mind. Like it’d be cool if you could hook it up to a microphone and it asked questions or something while you talked. Sounds like a glorified screensaver though.
Thanks for the feedback everyone! I really thought you got to *be* the plastic duck. I appreciate your help, because I wasn’t expecting a glorified screensaver.
