His word salads are starting to sound so desperate. His ego chamber (auto-incorrect, but I'll allow it) is his own anal cavity.

The best thing Dems can do at this point is force republicans to actually listen to him. His comment on child care was so crazy.

Crazy and yet somehow Vance's comment was equally crazy in a different way. "Just get grandma and grandpa to do it. Also, take away regulations for daycare workers."

Five years ago: "Grandma and grandpa are happy to die of Covid if it helps the economy."

Today: "The economy needs grandma and grandpa to do unpaid child care."

This is also from the party that went nuts during the Satanic Panic and successfully got a innocent daycare workers sent to prison. But let's subject them to less regulations now.

I would bet that Dick Cheney was never registered as a Democrat

I know for a fact that Trump was a registered Democrat for many years.

If anyone is a “Republican In Name Only” — it’s Putin’s chief asset Donald Trump

He embodies the actual values of Republicans so I don't see how he could be labeled a RINO. That is to say, believe in nothing, grasp for all the power possible, use fascism to hold your influence.

Wow that really got to him lol.

Should have done it a day before the debate just to really throw him off. Or maybe Dubya can do that, whooo that'd be a doozy. Are the Bush grandchildren in the GOP? Liz has already made her position clear, no issue there.

The silliest thing is that his MAGA followers will buy it. They'll happily claim that Dick Cheney, of all people, is a RINO.

[–] Rhaedas@fedia.io 20 points 2 months ago (1 children)

As bad as he is/was, he isn't MAGA. I just see the RINO tag they continue to use as another projection, as they have long moved past any Republican issues or goals. Just make your own party, losers. There's even a couple of loser flags you can adopt, since you fly them anyway.

RINO is just a simple way to bag and tag and discredit any person that falls the tiniest little step out of line. It's a common fascist tactic and it's very easily beaten if you see what they're doing.

[–] someguy3@lemmy.world 3 points 2 months ago

Ysk before the party switch (when the GOP were the left party), the term RINO was used for those deemed not progressive enough.

Dick should take Trump out duck hunting.

[–] TachyonTele@lemm.ee 6 points 2 months ago (1 children)

I want to see them get into brawl.

[–] harrys_balzac@lemmy.dbzer0.com 3 points 2 months ago (1 children)

Cheney could pummel him even in the middle of a health crisis.

[–] TachyonTele@lemm.ee 4 points 2 months ago* (last edited 2 months ago)

I think he'd one punch the orange clown. A big slap to the dome might even end it.

The world will be a better place without both of them.

[–] Carvex@lemmy.world 19 points 2 months ago

What the fuck? Seriously, put grampa in the home. Someone help this man.

[–] carl_dungeon@lemmy.world 15 points 2 months ago

Oh yeah, dick Cheny has so many democratic values, like war, military industrial complex, shooting people in the face, you know, all Kamala things

[–] Burn_The_Right@lemmy.world 12 points 2 months ago

Conservatism needs to be completely eradicated. It is a plague of deadly idiocy. In all of human history, nothing good has ever come from conservatism. Nothing.

It's Harris or this rambling incoherence for president, and it's a close call. We live in a simulation, and it needs to be turned off and back on again.

Don't insult pumpkins that way. Pumpkins are beautiful.
