Well the branch holding my bell peppers fell off entirely from the weight.... So guess it's fajita night.

I honestly have so many Serranos and jalapenos but am the only one that loves spice so.... On the plant they stay for another days nachos.

And yes I know that is a leek but my onions aren't ready and it's a kitchen scrap garden. So using what I got.

It’s a gorgeous leek. When are you harvesting the hamburger plants?

The tomatoes and onions are for Burger Night.
But not a fan of growing my own lettuce.

Though I guess with all the weeds growing back there I could maybe raise my own cow.

Do you have a local farmers market or a place you can get raw honey?

If so, look up how to ferment jalapeños in honey. It's a great way to use up extra jalapeños and you can make it as spicy as you want. This is how I use up all my extras. Plus... hot honey on a greasy piece of meat lovers pizza? Can't be beat 😁

Oh what? That's an awesome suggestion I was gonna maybe try pickling them but that is a fun suggestion and I'm definitely gonna look into it.

Anything else you use it for?

You can chop them up in a food processor and freeze them, make a great addition to soups and chilis. I've gone the pickle route, but I'm not as big a fan of them that way as the honey.

I also take blackberry jelly and heat it up, then load it down with jalapeños then re-jar it. It goes great on cream cheese as a party dish.
