The cool thing about English is that there are no rules. Grammar, spelling, pronunciation, these are guides to assist with being understood. But our communication evolves over time, and as long as you are able to communicate clearly, it doesn't really matter if you're "technically correct."
I've got like 6 different grammatical errors in that paragraph. Now seven. Can you spot all eight?
I only found three, and two of them were the gimmees in the second paragraph.

"Harris" isn't plural, so "Harris's" is correct. I hereby threaten to bite anycritter who has a problem with this 😝
Yeah I don't get the confusion either. I was taught in school pretty plainly that " s' " is only used on plural words that end in S. So it would always be "Harris's".
