If I'm the judge of this case, if he assulted that guy, I'm ruling it as justified. I'm also ruling the other guy can't own guns anymore.

Yeah, no. Afaik everything the guy was doing with the gun is illegal in the US and would get your guns confiscated and right to ownership revoked if prosecuted. Waving a gun in someone's face like that is illegal and I'm pretty sure a felony. You lose your guns if you have a felony on your record.

Pointing a firearm at people will absolutely get them taken away from you by the law. Loaded, unloaded, working, non-working, doesn't matter. In the US, armed robbery gets many more years in prison than unarmed robbery, for example.
That one was absolutely deserved. People who have guns and don't know the first thing on how to use them safely make my blood boil.

I've seen someone get their firearm slapped out of their hand, decked, and ejected from a firing range for "accidentally" flashing someone with the barrel and pulling the trigger at the same time. Neither of which should EVER BE FUCKING DONE UNLESS YOU INTEND TO KILL THAT PERSON
