You know what would have helped a lot is not changing the rules on home solar we would have added tones of solar.

That was at its peak, only about 5% of solar installs in California; the rest has all been utility-scale.

Yeah but that also results in centralized power, and the control that comes with it. Distributed solar paired with utility incentives would've made more sense, and reduce the natural monopoly of SCE & co.
