Vermont Senator and National Hero Bernie Sanders

No surprise; he backed Hillary Clinton, Biden, and now Harris.

"This is, in fact, the most important election of our lifetimes. We have got to work double time and triple time to make sure that Trump is not elected and that the Vice President is," Sanders said.

"What we have got to do in a grassroots way is say to the Democratic Party, that the policies that you have right now regarding Netanyahu are wrong. And if you really want to get young people involved in this campaign, the time is now to change those policies," he said.

He backed Biden and Clinton AFTER it was clear he wasn't getting the DNC nod.

There was a 3 month period where Sanders was in the lead, but everyone ASSUMED someone would beat him. Biden almost dropped out. Then suddenly Biden gets all these big wins, and does a comeback that could be its own movie if other political shit from our current time period weren't so absurd.

The big wins came after the other moderates dropped out to get out of his way after he won in South Carolina. After that, South Carolina was rewarded with being the state that goes first in future primaries.
