Honestly I hope Bethesda does license the IP out for more experimental games.

A larian fallout would be amazing.

I honestly doubt they will since New Vegas has already taught both them and the public that other companies can make better games than them with their own IPs. Their pride won't let them do it again. A Larian Fallout would be absolutely amazing though.

According to larian they are working on two ips right now.

One is their own ip, one is not.

Todd also learned that Obsidian did it better. Even if it was his choice, his pride would never let a famously competent developer make one of their games again. His pride won't let it happen.

Fallout makes sense. The television series has made it incredibly hot right now, and Bethesda has already committed to doing the next TES game first.
