The political compass is a means to normalize right-wing political philosophy -- it's three right-wing quadrants against one left, and implies by its design that the "sensible" centrist position includes some degree of compromise with fascism. It's a political trojan horse for far-right ideology.

Fuck the political compass. That can stay on reddit.

Also, cringe for using the quadrants, their actual usefulness as a political descriptor has been long discredited.
