Many microwaves have a grill function. You can get frozen pizza that tastes OK when heated with a grill like that.
Grill function? What kind of bougie-ass microwave you got? Here I am thinking mines cool because you can turn the beep off.

All microwaves can defrost. In 30ish years I have yet to see one make pizza crust crispy.
I was being ironic. But look for a microwave with grill function. That is entirely separate from the microwave itself and adds some infrared heaters at the top. This is insufficient for baking, but frozen pizza with a pre-baked crust will absolutely get a bit cispsy in it.
What century is it
Care to elaborate? I for one, prefer frozen pizza to exploiting gig-workers from delivery services. It's much cheaper too.

You can get it from the grocery store where I am.
