That comic looks like it could be from the mid 2000s, like Delta State, or that one Strung Out album cover, or something

I disagree, but understand if this is what you think

If you find a piece of media that you enjoy, be happy. You're already ahead of the game; you had a good experience and no one can take that away from you. Thing is, not everyone's going to like the things you like. Some people are going to have a bad experience with that piece of media, and they should at least be able to talk about that experience without the fans throwing a tantrum. Unfortunately, that's rarely the case.

Can someone explain the humor of the 4 panel comic the character in the first panel likes? What's the red liquid in the container about?

If the red has a curvy shape due to a girls round bottom, they come running,

If the red has a curvy shape due to a round bottom flask, they recoil

Different kinds of chemistry, is my take

I sure see a lot of comic writers complaining about people who don't find their comics funny. Maybe it's the rest of the world, or maybe it's them?

[–] Maven@lemmy.zip 11 points 5 months ago (1 children)

This comic isn't about people not finding it funny but more so someone being respectful of what someone else enjoys.
