Yeah this realisation came about at the time I realised beer was taking more than it was giving, even when I wasn't getting buzzed.

Now I'm in this picture, but with like hibiscus vs camomille tea rofl

Unironically, earl grey is my favorite, but I limit my caffeinated tea to mornings and afternoons.

Chamomile or Sleepytime tea is for the evenings.

I should drink more Earl Grey. As far as caffeinated teas I pretty just go from English Breakfast in the morning, to green tea in the afternoon.

Earl Grey seems like a "fancy" tea, outside the somehow. Like if I'm making Earl Grey, I should be making it into a London Fog or something.
