I remember 9/11/2001.

After the attacks, the GOP was pushing two ideas at the same time. Clinton was responsible for 9/11 because he'd had opportunities to kill bin-Ladn while he was President AND that Bush shouldn't be held responsible because he'd only been in office for 9 months.
