Why not just write "edit:"? It's one extra character
I learned to touch type on underwood typewriters, learned cobol, basic, pl/1, fortran (watfor/wat5!), and fed a thousand punch cards to a mainframe or something to print 2 words.
Reddit made me do "eta".
