On one hand, I guess you're right and this is why I thought of including the date in the title.

On the other hand, it is quite relevant to this community and to the United Nations' International Seabed Authority (ISA) council meetings that start to my understanding today (July 15th) to consider new rules allowing firms to extract minerals from the ocean floor, despite mounting concerns about the economic and environmental risks. So I thought it's worth posting it.
