The man, named only as Tyson, was asleep with his pregnant girlfriend Jade inside a camper trailer on his grandmother's Logan property, when the explosion occurred late in the evening of March 21, 2022.

Never charge a battery unsupervised! May not have saved him from the explosion in this case....

I've taken to recharging some of my batteries in the bathroom. It's mainly tile, has good ventilation and a door I close in case of catastrophic failure. Mind you, all my batteries are made from brand name cells with built in BMS protection...

Dang... I always charge unsupervised. But I have a timer to turn off the charger after a set time.
