This ignores the part where the SC didn't define "official acts".

Trump can do whatever he wants, but I guarantee if Biden does, those actions will be deemed " unofficial".

So do it all so fast that by the time they get their shit together to stop him the damage is done. He's old as fuck It's not like personal consequences should matter to him anyway.

He's old enough that he should just do what's right and die peacefully of old age before the sentencing.
