Caffeine is fine as long as you stretch often to keep arteries open, and sleep 12 hours a day.

4 hrs mostly, 6 hrs max.

Sleep is for the dead, permanently disabled, or "retired".

My pending heart attack is looking real fucking relaxing. Hopefully permanent.

You're making your heart work harder. You also need to rest harder as a result, to avoid accumulating damage. There is a lot of interpersonal variance, though, with different bodies and genetics.

300mg is a lot of caffeine, mind you.
